Zuid aan Zee is a luxurious holiday cottage (built in 2012) of 80 m2 and meant for 4 persons. The cottage is fully-equipped and furnished with great taste. On the ground floor you find the hall, the toilet, the bathroom (with a shower and washbasin unit), and the L-shaped living with terrace doors and an open kitchen. In the living you also find an LCD flat screen TV set, a DVD player, and a stereo. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a.o. a fridge with freezing compartment, a microwave/oven, a hotplate with 4 burners, a dishwasher and a Senseo coffee machine. On the first floor you find two spacious bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Both bedrooms have a wardrobe under the slanting roof. Also, in both bedrooms there is enough space for a baby bed, which is provided. Outside the cottage there is a private terrace with a table and 4 chairs and a private parking place. The cottage is furnished in a child-friendly way and meant for either four adults or a family with 2/3 children (baby/toddler). In case of a baby or toddler a baby bed, a high chair and a "play pen" are provided in the cottage and included in the price! Smoking is not allowed inside the cottage and pets are, much to our regret, not welcome. Furthermore there is a free Wi-Fi internet connection.

Zuid aan Zee is situated in a side street of the main shopping street of Zoutelande, the Langstraat. At a short distance you find a baker's shop, a supermarket, a butcher's shop and just a little further up the street some very nice shops and boutiques with fashion and souvenirs. The cottage is also very close to some nice restaurants and terraces and only 100 m. away from the dike and dunes with the beautiful beaches behind them! The owner of Zuid aan Zee lives next to the cottage.
